قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق كم باقي ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

وصف التطبيق

كم باقي هو تطبيق عد تنازلي اجتماعي يتيح لك:

• إنشاء عدادات تنازلية شخصية لأي مناسبة
• متابعة المناسبات السعودية والإسلامية (رمضان، الأعياد، اليوم الوطني، وغيرها)
• مشاركة العدادات التنازلية مع الآخرين عبر الروابط
• عرض العدادات على الشاشة الرئيسية عبر الويدجت
• تخصيص العدادات بثيمات وخلفيات مختلفة

جميع البيانات مخزنة محليًا على جهازك. لا نطلب تسجيل حساب ولا نجمع بيانات شخصية.

الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

الباقة المجانية

يمكنك استخدام التطبيق مجانًا مع المميزات التالية:

• حتى ٥ عدادات تنازلية
• ٥ ثيمات مجانية
• المناسبات السعودية
• مشاركة الروابط
• ويدجت الشاشة الرئيسية

تتضمن الباقة المجانية إعلانات غير مخصصة عبر Google AdMob.

الباقة الشهرية (بريميوم)

• السعر: ٤.٩٩ ريال سعودي شهريًا
• التجديد: يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا كل شهر ما لم يتم إلغاؤه
• الإلغاء: يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في App Store أو Google Play
• المميزات: عدادات غير محدودة، جميع الثيمات، بدون إعلانات، عداد الراتب، خلفيات مخصصة

باقة مدى الحياة

• السعر: ٧٩.٩٩ ريال سعودي (دفعة واحدة)
• المدة: دائمة - لا تحتاج تجديد
• المميزات: نفس مميزات بريميوم، للأبد

سياسة التجديد التلقائي

بالنسبة للاشتراك الشهري:

• يتم خصم المبلغ من حساب Apple ID أو Google Play عند تأكيد الشراء
• يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا قبل ٢٤ ساعة من انتهاء الفترة الحالية
• يمكنك إدارة أو إلغاء الاشتراك من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر
• إلغاء الاشتراك لا يسترد المبلغ المدفوع للفترة الحالية

سياسة الاسترداد

تتم معالجة جميع المشتريات عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play Store. للاسترداد، يرجى التواصل مع Apple أو Google مباشرة وفقًا لسياسات الاسترداد الخاصة بهم.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق محفوظة، بما في ذلك:

• الاسم التجاري "كم باقي" والشعار
• التصميم والواجهة والثيمات
• الكود البرمجي والخوارزميات
• المحتوى والنصوص

يُمنح المستخدم ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق وفقًا لهذه الشروط.

المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم

أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تنشئه في التطبيق (عناوين العدادات، الخلفيات المخصصة). يجب أن يكون المحتوى:

• قانونيًا ولا يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية
• لا يتضمن محتوى مسيئًا أو غير لائق
• لا ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للآخرين

جميع المحتوى الذي تنشئه يبقى مخزنًا محليًا على جهازك فقط.

استخدام التطبيق

توافق على عدم:

• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لأنظمة التطبيق
• نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع التطبيق أو أي جزء منه
• إزالة أي إشعارات حقوق ملكية من التطبيق
• استخدام التطبيق بطريقة قد تضر بالآخرين أو تعطل الخدمة

الإعلانات

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات غير مخصصة للمستخدمين غير المشتركين عبر Google AdMob. الإعلانات المعروضة تلتزم بالمعايير التالية:

• إعلانات غير مخصصة فقط (لا تتبع سلوكي)
• فلترة المحتوى غير المناسب (كحول، قمار، محتوى غير لائق)
• يمكنك إزالة الإعلانات بالاشتراك في بريميوم

حدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح". لا نضمن أن:

• التطبيق سيعمل بدون انقطاع أو أخطاء
• دقة التواريخ الهجرية (قد تختلف حسب رؤية الهلال)
• توافق التطبيق مع جميع الأجهزة وأنظمة التشغيل

لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات المخزنة محليًا.

ننصح بشدة بعمل نسخة احتياطية لجهازك بشكل دوري للحفاظ على بياناتك.

التوافق مع الأنظمة السعودية

يلتزم التطبيق بالأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك:

• نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL): لا نجمع بيانات شخصية. جميع البيانات محلية على جهازك.
• نظام التجارة الإلكترونية: الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي وشاملة.
• نظام مكافحة الغش التجاري: وصف المنتج دقيق ومطابق للخدمة المقدمة.

إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه من جهازك. عند الحذف:

• تُحذف جميع بياناتك المحلية نهائيًا
• لا تتأثر الاشتراكات النشطة (يجب إلغاؤها من المتجر)

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للتطبيق في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط.

التغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر تحديث التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدّلة.

القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام التطبيق يخضع للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Kam Baqi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.

App Description

Kam Baqi is a social countdown app that allows you to:

• Create personal countdowns for any occasion
• Follow Saudi and Islamic events (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, and more)
• Share countdowns with others via links
• Display countdowns on your home screen via widgets
• Customize countdowns with themes and backgrounds

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not require account registration and do not collect personal data.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

You can use the App for free with the following features:

• Up to 5 countdowns
• 5 free themes
• Saudi events
• Link sharing
• Home screen widgets

The free plan includes non-personalized ads via Google AdMob.

Monthly Plan (Premium)

• Price: 4.99 SAR per month
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Features: Unlimited countdowns, all themes, no ads, salary countdown, custom backgrounds

Lifetime Plan

• Price: 79.99 SAR (one-time payment)
• Duration: Permanent - no renewal needed
• Features: Same as Premium, forever

Auto-Renewal Policy

For the monthly subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your store account settings
• Cancellation does not refund the amount paid for the current period

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For refunds, please contact Apple or Google directly according to their respective refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App are reserved, including:

• The trade name "Kam Baqi" and logo
• Design, interface, and themes
• Source code and algorithms
• Content and text

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for content you create in the App (countdown titles, custom backgrounds). Content must:

• Be legal and comply with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

All content you create remains stored locally on your device only.

Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in a way that could harm others or disrupt the service

Advertising

The App displays non-personalized ads to non-subscribed users via Google AdMob. Displayed ads adhere to the following standards:

• Non-personalized ads only (no behavioral tracking)
• Inappropriate content filtering (alcohol, gambling, inappropriate content)
• You can remove ads by subscribing to Premium

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• The App will operate without interruption or errors
• Hijri dates are accurate (may vary based on moon sighting)
• The App is compatible with all devices and operating systems

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of locally stored data.

We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device to preserve your data.

Compliance with Saudi Regulations

The App complies with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:

• Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL): We do not collect personal data. All data is local on your device.
• E-Commerce Law: Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and are inclusive.
• Anti-Commercial Fraud Law: Product description is accurate and matches the service provided.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion:

• All your local data is permanently deleted
• Active subscriptions are not affected (must be cancelled from the store)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App in case of violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through an app update. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the App is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
