مقدمة
مرحبًا بك في تطبيق كم باقي ("التطبيق"). نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL).
لا تحتاج إلى حساب لاستخدام التطبيق، ولا نطلب اسمك الحقيقي ولا رقم هاتفك. تُحفظ عداداتك على جهازك، وإذا سجّلت الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني أو أنشأت مجموعة أو انضممت إليها تُزامَن أيضًا مع خوادمنا لتبقى لك بعد إعادة التثبيت.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- حساب مجهول: يُنشأ تلقائيًا عبر خدمة Supabase عند إنشاء مجموعة أو الانضمام إليها، بدون بريد أو كلمة مرور.
- حساب بالبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري): إذا سجّلت الدخول من الإعدادات للمزامنة: بريدك الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور التي تحفظها خدمة Supabase مشفّرة (hashed) فلا يمكننا قراءتها. نستخدم البريد لتسجيل الدخول ورسائل الحساب فقط (تأكيد التسجيل واستعادة كلمة المرور). وعند الانضمام إلى مجموعة نقترح الجزء الذي قبل @ من بريدك اسمًا للعرض، ويمكنك تغييره قبل الانضمام.
- عداداتك: العنوان والتاريخ والأيقونة والمظهر، وتُزامَن مع خوادمنا إذا كان لديك حساب (بالبريد أو مجهول).
- المجموعات: إذا أنشأت مجموعة أو انضممت إليها: اسم العرض والصورة الرمزية والتعليقات والملاحظات والمهام والتفاعلات، وتظهر لأعضاء المجموعة.
- الفعاليات المحفوظة من صفحة استكشف.
- رمز الإشعارات: نحفظه على خوادمنا عند انضمامك إلى مجموعة لنرسل لك تنبيهات المجموعة.
- الصور: خلفيات العدادات المخصصة تبقى على جهازك، وصورة المجموعة أو الصورة الرمزية تُرفع فقط إن اخترتها.
- تقارير الأعطال والأداء: عبر Sentry (نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ونص الخطأ)، دون ربطها باسمك أو بريدك.
بيانات لا نجمعها
- رقم الهاتف
- جهات الاتصال
- موقعك الجغرافي أو بيانات خطواتك: تُقرأ على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا
خدمات الطرف الثالث
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والحسابات (المجهولة والمسجّلة بالبريد) وتخزين الصور.
- Resend: إرسال رسائل الحساب (تأكيد التسجيل واستعادة كلمة المرور) لمن يسجّل الدخول بالبريد.
- Google AdMob: إعلانات غير مخصصة للمستخدمين غير المشتركين، وقد يجمع معرّف الإعلانات ومعلومات الجهاز وعنوان IP لتحديد المنطقة العامة. سياسة خصوصية Google
- RevenueCat: إدارة الاشتراكات بمعرّف رقمي لا يحمل بريدك ولا اسمك. سياسة خصوصية RevenueCat
- Sentry: تقارير الأعطال والأداء.
- Google Firebase (FCM) وخدمة إشعارات Expo: لتوصيل إشعارات المجموعات. التحليلات والإعلانات في Firebase معطّلة.
الأذونات
- الإشعارات: اختيارية. تذكيرات العدادات محلية بالكامل، وتنبيهات المجموعات تمر عبر خدمات الإشعارات أعلاه.
- الصور: اختيارية، لاختيار خلفية مخصصة.
- الموقع: اختياري، لمواقيت الصلاة فقط. يُقرأ على جهازك، وقد يرسل نظام الجهاز (Apple أو Google) الإحداثيات إلى خدمته الخاصة لمعرفة اسم المدينة.
- النشاط البدني: اختياري، لعدّ الخطوات على جهازك فقط.
- الإنترنت: مطلوب للمزامنة والإعلانات والاشتراكات.
مشاركة الروابط والويدجت
عند مشاركة عد تنازلي عبر رابط، تُشفَّر بيانات العد داخل الرابط نفسه. وتُزامَن بيانات الويدجت بين التطبيق والويدجت على جهازك فقط.
نقل البيانات عبر الحدود
قد تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم مزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.
حقوقك (نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية PDPL)
- الوصول والتصحيح: يمكنك عرض بياناتك وتعديل أي عد تنازلي أو إعداد من داخل التطبيق.
- الحذف: يمكنك حذف أي عد تنازلي من التطبيق. ولحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المخزنة على خوادمنا، راسلنا على support@nabbihni.com: إن سجّلت الدخول بالبريد فراسلنا من البريد نفسه، وإن كان حسابك مجهولًا فاذكر اسم العرض وعناوين عداداتك أو مجموعاتك لنتعرف على حسابك. وسنحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا.
- سحب الموافقة: يمكنك إلغاء أي إذن من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
أمان البيانات
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) لنقل بياناتك، وتُحمى بيانات الجهاز بنظام الأمان المدمج فيه.
الأطفال
كم باقي مناسب لجميع الأعمار. لا يلزم أي حساب لاستخدامه، ولا نطلب بيانات تعريفية إلا البريد الإلكتروني ممن يختار تسجيل الدخول به.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنبيّن تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة.
Introduction
Welcome to Kam Baqi ("the App"). We respect your privacy and protect your data in accordance with the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
You don't need an account to use the App, and we don't ask for your real name or phone number. Your countdowns are stored on your device; if you sign in with email or create or join a group, they are also synced to our servers so they survive a reinstall.
Data We Collect
- Anonymous account: created automatically through Supabase when you create or join a group, with no email or password.
- Email account (optional): if you sign in from Settings to sync: your email address, and your password, which Supabase stores hashed so we cannot read it. We use the email only for signing in and account emails (sign-up confirmation and password reset). When you join a group, we suggest the part of your email before the @ as your display name; you can change it before joining.
- Your countdowns: title, date, icon and theme, synced to our servers when you have an account (email or anonymous).
- Groups: if you create or join a group: display name, avatar, comments, notes, tasks and reactions, visible to the group's members.
- Saved events from the Explore tab.
- Notification token: stored on our servers when you join a group, so we can send group alerts.
- Photos: custom countdown backgrounds stay on your device; a group image or avatar is uploaded only if you choose one.
- Crash and performance reports: through Sentry (device type, OS, error text), not linked to your name or email.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Phone number
- Contacts
- Your location or step data: read on your device only and never sent to our servers
Third-Party Services
- Supabase: database, accounts (anonymous and email) and image storage.
- Resend: sends account emails (sign-up confirmation and password reset) to users who sign in with email.
- Google AdMob: non-personalized ads for non-subscribed users; may collect the advertising identifier, device information and IP address for the general region. Google Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat: subscription management with a numeric identifier that carries neither your email nor your name. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Sentry: crash and performance reports.
- Google Firebase (FCM) and Expo push service: delivery of group notifications. Firebase Analytics and Ads are disabled.
Permissions
- Notifications: optional. Countdown reminders are fully local; group alerts go through the push services above.
- Photos: optional, to choose a custom background.
- Location: optional, for prayer times only. Read on your device; your device's OS (Apple or Google) may send the coordinates to its own service to find the city name.
- Physical activity: optional, to count steps on your device only.
- Internet: required for sync, ads and subscriptions.
Link Sharing and Widgets
When you share a countdown by link, its data is encoded in the link itself. Widget data is synced between the App and the widget on your device only.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
Your data may be processed on the servers of the service providers listed above, outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your Rights (PDPL)
- Access and correction: view your data and edit any countdown or setting inside the App.
- Deletion: delete any countdown inside the App. To delete your account and all data stored on our servers, email support@nabbihni.com: if you signed in with email, write from that address; if your account is anonymous, include your display name and the titles of your countdowns or groups so we can identify it. We will delete your data within 30 days.
- Withdraw consent: revoke any permission from your device settings at any time.
Data Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) to transmit your data, and data on your device is protected by the device's built-in security.
Children
Kam Baqi is suitable for all ages. No account is needed to use it, and the only identifying data we ask for is an email address, from users who choose to sign in with one.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will show the last-updated date at the top of this page.
